BSNL LANE PHONE
BSNL LAND LINE IS NOT WORKING

Respected Sir,

My Land Line No 0481 - 271 37 34, under Neendoor Telephone Exchange in Kottayam District, Kerala is not working since yesterday 24th August. Of an on this problem exist due to various fault (Cable fault?). Line also getting distubed often.

My age old Mother is alone at home and I am working in Trivandrum, capital of Kerala which is 5 hours from my home where the land line exists. Please treat the matter on priority

I request you to rectify the same.
