My name is Girish Kulkarni. I am staying in Bangalore, Karnataka.
I taken a EVDO wireless internet connection from BSNL Bangalore. BSNL clime for EVDO connection for me. I am not getting EVDO signals all the time. Why should I pay for EVDO connection?
Before taking a connection. I checked in BSNL Website regarding EVDO signal strength in Banashankri, Bangalore. I found there is no problem on signal strength.
There is no proper customer care telephone number available in Bangalore location. If I called officer they are giving another telephone number for contact. In BSNL office reconfigured my device for 15 times, then also I am getting same problem. I am very surprised about BSNL customer service how they are providing. And I am very surprised how they are telling India’s no 1 internet service provider.
I am very disappointed with BSNL Service.
