This is in regards to my prepaid number 9452737107.
On 13th Jan i recharged this number with Rs. 230 voucher in order to access internet (GPRS) on my mobile.
I called customer care on the same day to know the procedure to activate GPRS, they said to send GPRSPRE to 53733 (I tried to send sms in both Upper and Lower case) and every time i am getting a reply from 53733 the "UNABLE TO SEND REQUEST TO ROUTER" or "THERE IS A ERROR IN RETRIEVING DATA. WE REGRET FOR YOUR INCONVENIENCE".
So, i called customer care and had a word with Harpreet. She told me that there should be a minimum balance of Rs. 50, so i recharge me a/c.
Still i am facing this issue and every time i called to customer care, they transfer my call to other department or to senior.
But no one picks up the call.
Its been 3 days i am facing this issue.
Now, i want the amount Rs. 230 should be credited back to my number as a talk value.
