Complaint is not attended even after 3 days of booking

We have booked a complaint on 23.3.2010 with Tel No. 2700198 and docket No.82283

Today is 25th. Nobody has attended the call so far.

We are located at a high tech location and expecting many important calls and

have to make urgent calls.

For incoming we are forced give our Reliance Number to our clients and

gradually our BSNL line may be forgotten.

Kindly educate your service staff on the importance of an essential service.
