This is Souvick Ghosh from Howrah, West Bengal.
My pc has Windows XP SP2 Operating System. I have been using BSNL EVDO connection for last 1 year or so.
However, I can never avail the EVDO service (which promises high speeds). Instead it is the 1X connection at much lower speed.
To make it worse, since 26th of June, I suddenly find that the device is failing to connect to the internet. The interface is showing only EVDO network. Everytime I try connecting using the "Connect" option, an error is displayed mentioning that it cannot connect to the remote server.
The 1X network is not showing up too.
In short, I am left with no options of connecting to the internet.
BSNL s customer care lines are not responding and the response from local office has been far from friendly.
