I lodged a complaint that I am unable to contact phone no.09178051108 on the 10th. of november with the customer care executive and received a complaint no.3102115 and was assured by the executive that the problem redressed at the earliest but till date no action has been taken. Any queries to the customer executives regarding the progress is met with a curt reply that they cannot do anything except forwarding the complaint to the concerned department.
