I am not able to make any outgoing call since last 2 days from my bsnl excel anant sim having number 9451547290. However there is no problem with incoming calls. Also when i tried another bsnl sim on my phone it is working properly. Even i am not able to call customer care of bsnl. Kindly check complain as soon as possible.
