1.The Mobile No 9419100946 Account No 103634410 was disconnected in May.

2. All outstanding bill amount including the sim was deposited to BSNL office Jammu but now after all most after 2 yrs bill no 49146714 dated 19/02 for amount Rs11326 has been recived.

3. Request please look into the matter and resolve the same.

4. an early action requested.
