SIM Deactivated without notice

Hi,

I am the BSNL customer for more than 3 years. I always pay the bills regularly. But the service provided by BSNL is not satisfactory. Today all of the sudden my SIM got deactivated without notice. If they continue the same kind of behaviour they will lose from the business soon. Expecting favourable customer support from BSNL to support the customers.

The saddes part is, There is no 24/7 support and the number which is called as the customer support number is always busy.
