Unsubscribe of caller tunes

Respected sir

I am customer of BSNL Mobile. My complaint is that the BSNL serve me caller tune on my mobile without my permission and later 4 or 5 days company diduct 25 Rs. in my account.

After all this i sent message UNSUBSCRIBE to 56700 on 17 july for remove this tunes But company not remove this tunes so far.

please take suitable action on this complaint.
