I am a consumer of BSNL, Sim No - 9438240067

I will recharge with Rs. 99 /- for use of internet in my mobile.

The facility in Rs. 99 /- voucher is to use for internet browsing for 1 month absolutly free.

I will recharge on 05.07.09 but from 23.07.09 when I browsing some amount will deduct from my main balance.

So i am register a complain.

But BSNL do not take any action against my complain.

So tell me what can I do.
