I am using bsnl mobile connection since five years. last year I intend to subscribe caller tune facility but last month I adopt not to take this facility in my connection. My cell No is 9431367715. my complain is for the last three months unusual shortage of balance in my mobile account. Kindly direct your subordinate Staff to take strict action regarding this. otherwise I feel no option but to take another any other connection like Air tel, Tata Indicom etc.etc.
