I am a user of BSNL pre paid mobile. My Mobile No. is 9416680981. I have not been using the Mobile Radio Services since last 3 months. I have registered a complaint on 11-11-08 in this respect and also contacted on Customer Care Tele Number but my problem has not been solved. It is requested to arrange for stoppage of monthly mobile radio charges for Rs.19 pm otherwise I will be compelled to switch over to mobile connection of any other company. Hoping for favourable action.
