Sir/Madam

Today (16/4) at 10.45AM, I recharge my mobile for Rs.50/- through online facility of bsnl.in. The receipt number is 77777052542, Transcation number is TXL1604201000054. State bank reference number is IG20123079. The money has been deducted from my bank account, but unable to recharge my mobile.

Kindly look into my matter.
