Conversion from excel gold to normal

I have BSNL mobile connection number 9448416111. On Sep 13, 08 I have sent the message for converting prepaid connection from excel gold to normal and received confirmation also stating that the scheme will be converted within 24 hours. But so far nothing is done or I have not received any message. When I contacted your service no.9400024365, your people could not reply me properly and abruptly cut the phone connection? Please take necessary action immeidately
