I Sandeep Kumar use BSNL mobile no 9464291573.From the day of beginning i am facing problem of call drop. Most of the time when i call someone it shows call failed. Even when someone call me most of time i am not able to recieve calls. Same problem with my father mobile number 9464395386.I complain against this many times. Even BSNL person comes to my house to check at that time it shows full signal. He advises me to change handset. I did this but even then i am facing this problem. Then i talk to BSNL official regarding this personaly.they say we will put your both numbers on call tap and will see wat type ogf problem you are facing. Now this is last time am sending you complaint. If i dont get resolution within 3 working days i am emailing the the same copy to cunsumer forum. I am paying for the service which i am not getting.
