BSNL LANE PHONE Complaints - BSNL LAND LINE IS NOT WORKING

Respected Sir,
My Land Line No 0481 - 271 2836, under Neendoor Telephone Exchange in Kottayam District, Kerala is not working since yesterday 24th september. Of an on this problem exist due to various fault (Cable fault?). Line also getting distubed often.
My age old Mother and father alone at home and I am working in uk, . Please treat the matter on priority
