BSNL new phone connection
Not getting connection

Dear sir,

I have applied for new phone connection (Permanent) on 08/09 vide D/N No: N424403 but still i have not get the connection. i have reminded many time to the concerned person Mr. Rajendra Choudhary (S D O East Rajendra Nagar, Patna) but in vain, i have got the advice number 041620080927497 RNR - 32537 with Tel no: 2665850.

I want to opt Broadband connection which is possible after getting the new telephone connection.

Please look into this matter on priority besis and save me from further loss.
