I have taken unlimited internet Broadband Internet connection from BSNL in Feb. under Home 750 Plan and paid Charges upto March

However, Broadband internet connection does not work and after every five seconds it discconnects. I have made nos of complaint to BSNL, NOIDA. It was told to me your telephone line cable has become old so you get it changed. I requested no of times to BSNL, Sector-58, NOIDA for the same and same has not been attended.

I request either BSNL provide me Broad band Connection on my Phoe No. 2580636 or refund Rs. 7500/- paid to them.
