Non Working of Broadband

Sir

I am a subscriber of BSNL Land Line Broadband combo plan vide telephone no – 0120 – 2490863 at Noida, Sector -55.

Since the beginning my Broadband is not very stable and recurring problem are facing. I have lodged complain number of time vide docket no : 1198432, 1328715, 1342672 … but no result. Though my telephone is working but there are some noise and disturbance are presence.

I am really fade-up and don’t know where and whom to approach. Every month my broadband rental is coming though I am not able to access internet.

Kindly treat this is my official complain and forward this to respective person.
