Subject: Broadband & Telephone disconnection request raised
on 25.11.08 not processed till date.
Sir,
I am writing this complaint letter against my request for
disconnection of BSNL services both for broadband and
telephone, which has not been processed till now. Sir I would
like to bring this in you notice that my internet connection is not
working from last 20 days for which I have lodged complaint but
no response. Because of these kind of poor services I have
decided to disconnect these services, and submitted my
application along with my Oct bill receipt after having
discussion with (SDO) Sector 39.
I would request you to kindly instruct your officials to act on my
issue and disconnect this connection with effective from my
request date i.e. 25.11.08. As it is of no use for me without
broadband which is not working from last 20 days. I am
regularly following up officials at Sec 39 office for this but no
results.
Now again they will send bill of services which I have requested
to disconnect, but coz of their fault they are sending again and
again.
