Dear sir,

On 28/10 at 10:37:49 am, i recharged my mobile no 91-8986717594 through easy recharge (pre- paid) for Rs.500/- . I got the message that i'd received prepaid credit of Rs. 500/- from no 294134 on 28/10 at 10:37:49 am, ref. no.. 470398769

but STV 500 for bsnl free voice net sevice not activated my no..

My main balance deducted...

I talked 3-4 times with customer care but their reply was unsatisfactory...

Plz gave me satisfication earlier...

My Complain no is 6297274...
