Dear Sir,
Our telephone No.0612-2661212 is not working and completely dead for more than one month. We have already made so many complaints in telephonic and verbally, vide latest complaint no. RNR 52093.but still the position is same. BSNL people are not bothered to rectify the problem and also they are not giving any satisfactory reply.
In spite of our repeated attempts for the past few weeks, still our phone is out of order and we are helpless .what to do and how to precede the matter to get a better service, it is very much disappointing and frustrating us.
Therefore, we request you to look into this matter and do the needful at your end.
