This is Vipin Kumar Rai S/O Sh. Hare Ram Rai. I m using the Postpaid plan of BSNL (PLAN-99) since last 4 years. But now i want to change it into the Prepaid plan with same number. But they (BSNL MEERUT) r not ready to convert it into Prepaid. According to TRAI it is possible to convert the no. from postpaid to prepaid.
So, Please suggested me what should i do for changing it. I m giving some related information about the Cell No.
