I have broadband connection in valsaravakkam exchange. The connection was shifted from anna nagar exchange. To get it reconnected it has taken almost 10 days time. I have to run and contact people in the exchange to get the connection resinstalled.
Within after 20 days of reconnection, there is some problem in the modem. Contacted the customer service. They have advised to contact valasaravakkam exchange. The excahnge asked us to bring the modem. When we went with the modem, the response was very poor. No one even bothered to attend.
I fear that there is no mechanism in the bsnl to address the petty complaints like this.
I strongly advise you all that it is better to go to private telephone connection & In my personal opinion, BSNL will exist with no customer & may find its own way towards destiny near future.
