BSNL POST PAID
NO return of Deposit since 1 yea

My mobile no is 9441251693 ive surrendered my SIM at Ramagundam- Karimnagar Dt- Andhrapradesh branch.

at december. i have a deposit of around 1000rs/- they said me that they would be sending me a DD. But over 1 year i didnt recieve any DD or Chque. This indicates the irresponsibility towards the customer. Even when i go and ask the officer at BSNL office his neglegence hurts us.

Please Help me i would be ver Thankfull to u
