Bsnl-power pack

I have purchased bsnl-power pack and was very happy with bsnl's offers.

but unfortunately, my phone was missing, then i immediately called customer care and asked for blocking of my sim. then i had gone to police ststion and got FIR registered. then i submitted it in bsnl's office at bapatla in guntur district in andhrapradesh and asked for duplicate sim. but my problem is i got only incoming ond my out going was not yet released . my no. is 9491582460.

then by these harassments or by this inconvineince i had taken a new vennela sim.

please take care of my old sim...
