I have are Prepaid BSNL Haryana number 9416784659 with Balance Rs. 80 and validity upto 20-Dec. I am under roaming and unable to make any calls. From past 10-12 days I am trying to call the customer care of Haryana (9416024365), but of no use. I have raised multiple complaints, first complaint number L245356846 and second L265384654. I wish someone looks into this and gets this issue resolved.
