Bsnl prepaid
No incoming call

Sir,

I have purchased BSNL prepaid lifetime card for Rs 49 from Parbhani (MS). Whenever some one calls me on my number (9403813439) he will get a dial tone but i am not able to receive the call alert. So there is no incoming to my mobile. My mobile handset is working well with other SIM cards.

Please help.
