My self Satish bought a new BSNL pre paid SIM from BSNL office at Chintamani taluk, chickaballapur district on 28-march-09 and the same is still not activated. If i ask the guy who had provided me the SIM I get only one response that in their sysytem it shows activated and they are no more responsible for the same. Customer care states they cant help without SIM getting activated. I feel I am cheated with BSNL. In the starting itself this worst response has made me to do a secondary thought. This is really frustrating.
