Charging while Browseing Internet

Sir,

I Recharged my Mob No 9436748015 with Rs 230/- for free internet browseing on 13 jun at 1010 hrs. After recharging with this card company charging me while I use Internet, I launched complain on 13 Jun at 1430hrs regarding this but no reply or feedback received sofar and I am facing same problem. The validity of this catd is for one month. I contact customer care many times. No solution found. what can I do please suggest.
