No incoming & Outgoing having full signal on display after somany recharge

Dear Sir/ Mam

I have a prepaid SIM card bearing number 919401323017. But due to my outstation for higher education for last 10 month, i was not use the SIM card. so, sir plz. reactivate the number as possible. So that i can use your best network.

Plz. help me out of this problem.
