Alance is in negative amount

Dear All

Kind note that on 07/09 evening my balance was Rs30/- and I made a STD call for 2minutes. After that no calls were made. Now I see that my balance is in negative Rs 50.25.

Request you to look into this matter and credit back my balance asap.
