I have recharged my BSNL Prepaid No. 09416166489 on sept 7' with a e-recharge of Rs. 1100 ST. I was told to get 1 yr. validity and full talktime less ST in this. But I got only Rs. 1100 as the recharge value and no validity. I went to the shop again to clarify this but they refused me to help. They told me that they had registered your complaint to BSNL and can't help you more than that. My validity has already over and now they are telling to recharge it with Rs. 370 voucher in which I'll get 1 yr. validity.
Kindly do me favor in this asap.
