I had taken BSNL prepaid connection about 20 days back and downloaded the settings for GPRS form BSNL site on internet. The GPRS connection was doing fine but suddenly few days back I received a message saying to ACTIVATE GPRS by sending GPRS E or GPRS PRE to 53733.I had done the same several times but till date my GPRS has not been activated and now I am unable to use it both on my mobile and my PC.So I request you to kindly do the needful as early as possible.
