My Rs. 120 deduct without my information

i am using the bsnl service 7 year.

my mobile no.9416537245. my name Rajender singh belong to sonepat haryana

you bsnl co. activate the my number new pac & MIMOBiTVe without my

information & dedcut the 2 times Rs. 40 & 40 & today deduct the new

pack Rs. 40.

i call the customer care but he says the not satisfy information. my

phone 24 hour in my hand. we are not the activate the any plan. how

can possible the plan activate.

you are requested to please refund the my Rs.120. ASAP
