Deactivation of Caller Tune

I am using BSNL Jodi Offer prepaid service for me and wife. I had sent SMS twice to deactivate dialer tune from my wife's no. (94453 86956) and yet to be done and the amount is getting deducted for no fault of mine.

Kindly confirm where to give complaint or inform to stop this problem once for all.
