Reduction of money from my account

Sir,

i am a BSNL pre paid cell one mobile user and i could not understand that on dated 7.02.2009 morning on wards one message in my cell that your last call rs. 25 and anther message that last call rs. 12 even i do not call any body. Please confirm why this happen.
