I've registered for the Do not disturb service with BSNL. But i'm getting promotional SMS almost every day. I am also receiving SMS from UK regarding winning in Mobile draws. If this continues then I will go to Consumer Court & also File a criminal complaint.you shall be liable for all expenses. My Mobile no. is 9414292382
