Dear Sir/Madam,
My uncle had been using the Cellone Prepaid connection since 2003. Recently he lost his cellphone during the bus journey. We went to BSNL branch office which is near by my house where me and my uncle are staying currently, to get a duplicate SIM for the same. The officer asked where the sim was bought? and asked to go to the same place where the SIM card was issued six years ago.
She didn't give us proper infomation (Like she doesn't know about the process) and the way she responded was not at all good.
