BSNL prepaid connection
Automatic deduction from my balance

Dear Sir,

I have a prepaid mobile connection of BSNL, mobile No.9414010178. We are getting unknown deductions from my balance amount since last one month. I have lodged complain in BSNL local office but no response from them to stop all the deductions from my mobile account. but after one one I am in the same condition and deduction is continue from my account.

Kindly arrange to give the credit of unwanted deductions from my mobile account and to stop all the deduction in future.
