I lot my cell recently. I wanted to know whether there was any call made from this mobile during that time. However BSNL is denying to give any call details. Why the call details are hidden from the cosumers? We have paid for the service and I think we have rights to get the details.By hiding the call details, BSNL is trying to save the people who steal the mobie because we never get the call details, that way never abale to trace the person.
Hope this will change. After providing the correct identity atleast BSNL should provide the call details.
