I recently bought a new BSNL Sim (MP circle)
The new tariff from BSNL to BSNL cell phone is 90 as against 30 paisa earlier. This has not been intimated to customers. I came to know only after talking to help line.
They say you have to activate discounted rates for with Rs 2 will be charged per day.
This is not fair. Why is it not prominently displayed for all to see?
