Subject: Complaint not being attended timely by the custmer care.

Sir/Madam,

I have not been receiving messages from No. 9425957544. My messages from No. 9425165759 is going. this has been complaint several times to Customer Care at No. 24365. Today also, Mr. Toshi attended my complaint at 3:25 PM and repeated taped reply was passed "24 Ghante me Thik ho jayega". I am sorry the same response is being received on both the numbers for last 1 week. If the complaint is not attended, I shall be forced to go the consumer forum for which BSNL will be held responsible.
