This is what I wrote to them and am forwarding to you for guidance. Thank You

SERVICES ARE REALLY DEGRADING. MY CONCERN TODAY IS WITH PRBT -- CALLER TUNE FACILITY IN PREPAID MOBILE PHONE. RESPECTED SIR, I GOT A MESSAGE IN THE MORNING THAT TODAY IS THE LAST DAY OF THE CALLER TUNE. I THOUGHT MY FREE TRIAL IS ENDING, SO IT MAY BE THAT YOU CHARGE FROM NEXT MONTH 1 FAULT. I CALLED TO INQUIRE ABOUT HOW TO UNSUBCRIBE IT. I GOT TWO WAYS. I FIRSTLY CHOOSED TO SMS. MY AMOUNT WAS DEDUCTED BUT I HAVEN'T ANY MESSAGE OF CONFIRMATION WHETHER MY PRBT WILL BE CLOSED OR NOT 2 FAULT. I CALLED AGAIN TO CUSTOMER CARE. THEY TOLD ME TO GO FOR THE 56799 METHOD. I CALLED AND THE PHONE DISCONNECTED TWICE WHICH COSTED ME 3 FAULT. I AGAIN CALLED BACK AND INQUIRED FOR THE PROBLEM, ANOTHER EXECUTIVE TOLD ME TO CALL ON 56700. HE SAID THAT 56799 HAS SOME PROBLEM, SO WHY WAS I BEEN ASKED TO CALL ON THAT NO WHICH WAS NOT WORKING PROPERLY 4 FAULT. I CALLED 56700 AND WASTED MANY OF MY MINUTES SEARCHING FOR THE OPTION TO UNSUBSCRIBE, I FOUND NONE. WHEN I ENDED THE CALL IT COSTS ME RS.8 FOR NOTHING 5 FAULT. I CALLED CUSTOMER CARE FURTHER, HE WAS FAST ENOUGH TO PICK THE CALL SINCE THE FIRST TIME I CALLED THEM TODAY. THIS IS THE ONLY GOOD THING I FOUND TODAY. WE HAD A TALK AND HE WAS UNABLE TO SATISFY ME AND SO HE CHANGED THE LINE TO HIS SUPERIOR. I WAITED FOR 10 MIN BUT NO ONE PICKED UP 6 FAULT. THE TOTAL CALL TIME WAS OF 13 MIN AND STILL MY QUERY WAS NOT FULFILLED. WHILE I WAS IN THE CALL WHICH WAS TRANSFERRING TO THE SUPERVISOR, I WAS HEARING ON VARIOUS ADS OF YOURS. GOOD BUT IT WAS CONTINOUSLY ASKING ME TO PRESS THIS AND THAT FOR OTHER PROCESS. I EVEN PRESSED THOSE BUTTONS PREVIOUSLY WHEN I CALLED CUSTOMER CARE BEFORE FEW WEEKS BUT NOTHING HAPPENED 7 FAULT. IF NOTHING WAS TO HAPPEN THEN WHY IT IS THAT WE ARE HEARING FOR 8 FAULT. I BROWSED THE WEBSITE FOR FURTHER SOOTHING. THE PAGE WERE UNABLE TO ACCESS AND NO SPECIFIC INFORMATION WAS THERE ANYWHERE ELSE. THE LOOK OF THE GENERAL SITE IS NOT TOO GOOD TOO. VERY NASTY 9 FAULT. I DON'T KNOW WHETHER MY COMPLAINT WILL BE ANALYSED OR WILL BE FACING DELETE BUTTON BUT YOUR ATTITUDE WILL DEFINITELY BRING ME TO YOUR 10TH FAULT IN SINGLE DAY.

AWESOME PERFORMANCE IT WILL BE OR MY ONE BAD DAY WITH YOU. NETWORK PROBLEM IS NOTHING NEW TO ANYONE USING BSNL BUT THIS TYPE OF SERVICE PROBLEM IS SOMETHING CAN BE EASILY TACKLED. HOPE YOU CALL ME TO GET A BETTER IDEA. I WOULD EXPECT AN EXECUTIVE OR MANAGER TO CALL ME, SO I CAN EXPLAIN THEM MY POINT OF SAYING. I AM A STUDENT OF MBA, BANARAS HINDU UNIVERSITY (BHU).
