BSNL Prepaid mobile connection
Deducted Rs.60 without any cause

BSNL deducted Rs. 60 suddenly from my account without any cause. I have have not activated anything neither I know how to use SMS I only receive incoming calls through my mobile. Customer care is not co-operating.
