I have tried to refill my BSNL prepaid Mobile (maharashtra circle) using ICICI online Mobile Prepaid Recharge Top-Up Facility Through Internet Banking and refill of Rs 112/- 112/- TOP UP on 11-05 and haven't received any refill as yet (12.30 pm on 12-05-09). Amount of Rs 224/- already debit to you from my ICICI saving account.
