On 16th August at 10:40 PM I called BSNL Customer Care Service to inquire about my plan! It was a student plan (9480661031) (karnataka) after a year it was changed to Excel General! So i just wanted to confirm the change of plan and also i wanted some other information about other tariffs! My call was attended by a agent named AJAY! AJAY! AJAY! and the way he spoke is really unprofessional and I dont know why India's biggest network doesn't provide basic training to its customer support agents! I decided to discontinue service and now i am switched to airte!
