Dear Sir,

I m residence in Ambap Villege near Shiroli M.I.D.C Kolhapur,

We are Facing Bad voice clarity as well as call dropping problem in west direction only,

we are compleint near bsnl customer care but they not response to me.

please solve this matter urgently
