Sms delivered to unknown numbers

Dear Sir,

I have a BSNL prepaid mobile number 9449339584, I am an advocate staying in bangalore. I want to give a complaint regarding the delivery of sms for unwanted recipients. The BSNL service is delivering my private messages to unwanted recipients violating my privacy. I request the BSNL to get corrected the network and the service provided by these people is very low and inturn amounts to breach of service. Please get it correct. Even after i face the same problem then i will issue a legal notice to BSNL and make them stand in the court of law...
